Do you journal?

Journaling changed my life. Who I’ve become was unlocked by journaling. It opened the door to healing. It was my safe space where I could unpack my bag. I could be vulnerable. I could be me and examine who I was becoming.

I published The Selfish Women’s Group Journal to encourage women to pick up the pen again. Write things down. Become reacquainted with the vulnerable you. Rediscover who you are and why you’re that way.
