Breedy highlights the behaviors that make it difficult to lighten the load Black women carry. This story is about Black women and their attempts to heal through self-care.

 

The Selfish Women's Group Journal: Journaling is a tool that Vick Breedy uses to practice self-care. She created this journal to give women an opportunity to give themselves grace and relearn who they are through a self-care lens.
